These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phaa ("phaa," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phaa.asia. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phaa's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the phaa platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if phaa has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through phaa's internal process within 30 calendar days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player complaint resolution mechanism or to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

When material changes are made, phaa will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Changes take effect 7 calendar days after notification, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive, in which case they take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the phaa platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
